Strategy Meeting
We sit down (virtually or in person) to walk through the figures,
recap your goals, and present your personalised lending strategy
— no jargon, no overwhelm.
Step 5
Finalise Numbers & Choose a Lender
We answer any questions, refine the approach if
needed, and help you select the lender that
best fits your situation.
Step 6
Advice Document
We deliver a tailored advice document outlining our
recommendations in plain English — so you know exactly
what’s happening and why.
Step 7
Build & Submit
We prepare and submit a clean, accurate loan
application that sets you up for a quick approval and
minimal back-and-forth.
Step 8
Approval
Once your loan is approved, we check it
thoroughly and keep you updated — fast,
clear, and with no surprises.

Documents
We help you review and complete the lender
documents, making sure every ‘i’ is dotted and
every ‘t’ is crossed.
Step 10
Settlement
We coordinate with the lender, agent, and
conveyancer to make sure everything settles on time.
Then we call to say congratulations — and we stay in
touch for whatever comes next.

Every time we hit a hurdle or need advice, Jake is more than happy to lend his knowledge or assist. Most recently we were advised incorrect information from a lender regarding a refund for our LMI, unfortunately it left us with a tight timeframe to refinance - we felt deflated and let down by our or... iginal bank. Regardless,Jake somehow managed to get us refinanced on the day it was due in order for us to get our partial refund!
